Return and exchange conditions

The company carries out returns and exchanges of goods of good quality in accordance with the Law  "On the protection of consumer rights".

Return and exchange terms

Returns and exchanges of goods are possible within 14 days after the buyer receives the goods.

Return delivery of goods is carried out at the buyer’s expense.

Return conditions for goods of good quality

You can return the product or exchange it if:

• the product has not been used and has no signs of consumer use: scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc.;
• the product is fully assembled and the original packaging is preserved;
• all labels and factory markings are preserved;
• the product retains its presentation and its consumer properties.

According to the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the company may refuse to exchange or return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
